Nicole Park

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), MACP, (she, her)

Let's Connect! (437) 564-0135

I provide a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental space for my clients to come as they are and explore challenges, strengths, stories, and emotions to better understand themselves and their situations. With my person-centred, strengths-based approach, I work collaboratively with clients to move towards health and wellness, while gaining many insights into themselves along the way to provide lasting change.

I believe that each person has strength and resilience within them. Sometimes we only need a helping hand to get there.

I have helped many individuals discover this strength, find healing, and move towards the life they want to live.

As a person-centred therapist, I believe in empowering individuals to discover more about who they are in a collaborative approach to therapy.

I work hard to build trust and create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to come as they are, and together, take steps towards health and recovery.
